Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you register we collect the name, email address, and optional company and title you provide (your name becomes the name on your certificate). When you use the member tools you may upload documents (for example, a freight invoice or bill of lading) for analysis. We also collect basic technical data such as log and usage information.

2. How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your account, grant and manage access to paid content, process payments, issue your certificate, operate the member tools, send you your passwordless login link and essential service messages, and improve the Site.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

4. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run the Site, and share only what each needs to function:

• Supabase — account database and passwordless authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Resend — sending your login and service emails.
• Anthropic (Claude) — the freight-invoice analyzer sends the document you upload to Anthropic's API to generate the explanation. Do not upload documents containing information you are not comfortable processing this way.

The market tools also read public data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the SEC, market price feeds, and news RSS feeds; these do not involve your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and registration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded documents are processed to produce your analysis and are not used to train models.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us to close your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database access controls, and server-side handling of all privileged operations — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
