The Complete Guide to LTL Shipping (“the Site,” “we,” “us”) is an online educational course and set of member tools operated by Ryan Poynter at learnltl.com. By registering for, purchasing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
We provide a self-paced certification course, downloadable templates, and member tools (including calculators, a freight-invoice analyzer, a carrier rules-tariff reference, and a market data desk). Access to paid areas requires a completed purchase and a verified email login. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
The course is sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Access is granted once payment is confirmed and is tied to the email address you register with. Discount codes (for example, for book buyers) are applied at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Access to the paid course is delivered digitally and granted immediately upon payment. For this reason, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical problem prevented you from accessing the course you paid for, contact us and we will look into it in good faith.
All content, calculators, estimates, and analyses are provided for educational purposes only. They are not professional, financial, legal, or logistics advice, and the certificate of completion is not a government license or an accredited credential. Freight class estimates, rate estimates, and invoice/BOL analyses are illustrative and may be inaccurate — always verify against authoritative sources (for example, the NMFC/NMFTA, your carrier agreements, and the carrier's own invoice) before making decisions.
The market tools display data from third parties (including the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the SEC, market price feeds, and news publishers) and link to third-party websites such as carrier rules tariffs. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data or sites.
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content to the tools, or infringe intellectual-property rights. All course content and templates remain our property and are licensed to you for your own use only.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
